Title: How to Close in the Sales Process
Date/Time: 7/29/2009 : 5:30 PM - 7:30 PM
Region: Capital
Location: 7100 Baltimore Avenue, 4th floor, College Park, Maryland, 20740
Purpose: Do you stumble when you get to the end of a sales presentation? Think that "closing" is something only the pros do well and comfortably? Not at all. Anyone can close a sale if you understand that "closing" is not a stand-alone part of the sales process. Every element of a sales presentation leads to the close and can influence the success of making a sale. Too often salespeople and business owners hunt for a magical phrase to "ask for the sale" and rush to the end without setting up a good foundation, both for the prospective sale and for building a solid relationship that can lead to referrals and more sales in the future. In this class, learn that the most effective salespeople build toward the close from the first moment with a prospect. One Two hour session.
